Postpartum Support
Daytime Postpartum Support $20/Hour
Day support tailored to you and your family’s personal needs, up to 12 weeks postpartum.
Unlimited Talk & Text support.
1 prenatal visit to get to know your doula and get an idea of what your support may look like.
support may include, but not limited to, light housework, meal planning/prep, grocery pickup, lactation advice & basic newborn care.
A minimum of 12 hours are required upon booking with shifts that are at least 4 hours in length. Minimum fee is $240.
Booking hours are between 8AM-2PM and are tailored to your schedule.
Overnight Postpartum Support $25/Hour
night support tailored to your needs as you rest, up to 12 weeks postpartum.

Support may include, but not limited to, basic newborn care, bottle feedings or bringing baby to you for nursing, diaper changing, swaddling and settling baby.
A minimum of 2 shifts are required upon booking. minimum fee is $450.
These are 9 hour shifts from 9PM-6Am. This is the optimal time for your doula to support you and baby so that yOU CAN get the rest you deSERVE.
Virtual Postpartum Support $225
want someone in your back pocket to ask questions and get advice from during the early parenting days while you learn the ropes? This package is perfect for you. you will receive unlimiTED phone support up to 8 weeks. I will provide evidence based guidance & resources that may help aid you.
Bundle Postpartum Package $630
Are you interested in day & night support? book the minimum for both services and receive a $60 discount off the total of both combined packages.
Birth Support
Bayou Baby Package $900
Unlimited virtual support from the time of booking Until 4 weeks postartum
Two 2 hour prenatal sessions to prepare you for birth. This support is tailored to your needs From education to labor positions & prenatal stretches. this is 4 hours of in person prenatal support
Birth Support- mental, physICAL & emotional support during labor alongside your birth team.
immediate postpartum support- Up to 2 hours after delivery to help with lactation/feeding & address any concerns you may have.
Postpartum support- One 60 minute visit at 1-2 weeks postpartum. check on mothers healing, discuss birth experience, lactation/feeding support as well as any other support or resources family may need.
30% Retainer due upon booking. Payment Plans available.
Cajun Cutie Package $1200
Everything included from Bayou baby package
one extra 2 hour prenatal session for a total of 3 sessions. this is 6 hours of in person prenatal support.
Extra Postpartum support- You will receive a 4 hour visit with all my postpartum doula support. Such as light housework, basic newborn care, and grocery pickup, etc.
30% Retainer due upon booking. Payment Plans available.
Virtual Prenatal Support $275
Are you wanting educational & emotional support during pregnancy but do not need birth support? This package is perfect for you. you will receive phone & video support throughout pregnancy up to 2 weeks postpartum. I will provide helpful information & excercises to prepare for Labor tailored to your needs as well as provide resources that may help aid you.
Birth Planning Package $60
Would you like help with your birth plan but do not need full birth doula support? together we will discuss your birth options and work together come up with your birth plan. you will recieve a Pdf birth plan to present to your team. this is a 1 hour session.
Pelican Nest Package $250
Are you running out of energy and time? do you need help preparing for baby’s arrival? let your doula help you nest! together we will finish baby’s nursery, organize baby items, clean and fold baby clothes, prep freezer meals & do light household chores. This package will be tailored to your nesting needs and is a 3 hour session.

We will set up a consultation to determine if we are the right fit for you. You will then have 3 days to make a decision and your 30% retainer will be due to get your name on the books. Support starts at time of booking. Inquire in the contact section for a consultation.

A 30% retainer is due at the time of booking. The remainder of the fees are split up upon an agreed upon schedule.

We try to make paying as easy as possible. You will be invoiced and can pay electronically through Stripe. We do not accept checks.

We have recognized that in order for overnight services to be the most beneficial it is best to keep shifts at a minimum of 9 hours. This ensures the parents get adequate rest and your doula can do her job efficiently.

Absolutely, you can add as many or as little hours as you want. Our services are paid by the hour. Packages ensure you get the support that is needed throughout your early postpartum journey, but extra hours are always a plus.
